Can you send a COI and W-9 before we start?

Yes. A COI is available on request and a W-9 is on file for general contractors and property managers — before work begins.

Do you handle lien paperwork?

Lien-aware notices and waivers go out on every commercial job.

How do you fit our schedule?

We coordinate with your trade sequence: post-drywall and pre-flooring for interiors, post-stucco cure for exteriors.

What is your licensing status?

Licensure is in process with the DBPR. Daniel Oliveira is a Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC1264467, scope up to 3 stories), overseeing the River Business network's quality and documentation standards.
